Fat's Good for You

Don't be so quick to ban fat from your diet because not all fat is bad.  Our body does require some fat which is known as "good" fat.  These are the fats found in healthy foods such as nuts, olive oil, salmon and leafy green vegetables. 

Fat is fat so even good fat is high in calories but as long as you adhere to the product's recommended daily allowance you'll be alright.
