What Ever Happened to Macho Camacho?
Did you enjoy watching boxer Hector "Macho" Camacho dance around the ring back in the day? The former lightweight champion is 46 years old. He still has the curl in his forehead but he's thick around the midsection and doesn't move as quickly as he used to. He still boxes too.
Last weekend Camacho was scheduled to fight in Atlantic City. After the commissioner watched a video of his sparring match several weeks ago he refused to grant the license. Not a problem. The promoters took the fight between the Macho man and Luis Ramon Campas to Florida. It was a draw.
Since leaving the limelight Camacho has been arrested for burglary, drug possession and assault. Remember his cute little son that used to accompany him to the ring? Now he's a professional boxer.
