- Zack. Mark-Paul Gosselaar played blond-hair-blue-eyed Zack Morris. After the show ended he played Detective John Clark in NYPD Blue for four years. Currently he plays an attorney in Raising the Bar on TNT.
- Kelly. Tiffani-Amber Thiessen played Kelly Kapowski, the cheerleader type that Zack had a crush on. When the series ended Zack and Kelly continued to date in the spin-off Saved by the Bell: The College Years. The two got married in a TV movie Wedding in Las Vegas.
- A.C. Slater. Mario Lopez played Zack's sidekick A.C. Slater. Lately Lopez is all over the place. He came in second on a past season of Dancing With the Stars. Currently he is the weeknight host of NBC Extra and also hosts several MTV shows.
- Jesse. Elizabeth Berkley played Jesse Spano. After the show ended she was highly criticized for her role as a stripper in Showgirls which was panned but went on to become a cult favorite. Recently she hosted a show on Bravo and she has a recurring role on CSI: Miami.
- Screech. Dustin Diamond played Screech the nerd. He returned as a teacher in Saved by the Bell: The New Class in 1997. These days he makes the reality show circuit.
- Lisa. Lark Voorhies played the pretty black girl Lisa Turtle. After the show ended her biggest role was opposite comedian Bill Bellamy in How to be a Player. Otherwise she's been seen in sitcoms and soap operas.
- Violet. Does anyone remember that Tori Spelling played nerdy Violet M. Bickerstaff? That was before Beverly Hills 90210. The rest is history.
