New York City H1N1 (Swine flu) Preparedness

Mayor Bloomberg wants to make sure that NYC is prepared for the H1N1 (swine flu) virus which is expected across the nation this winter. New York City public and private schools can receive the vaccine to be administered by school nurses once it becomes available in October or November.

  • A daily list of schools with five or more reported cases of flu-like symptoms
  • Nurse consultation available by dialing 311
