NYC FluLine (311)

Did you know that you can dial 311 in New York City to speak to a live nurse who will help you decide what to do if you believe you have the H1N1 virus? The Health Department opened the NYC FluLine this week for anyone who is not able to contact a doctor. Nurses are available from 7 AM until 11 PM.

This information was included in our entry about Mayor Bloomberg's flu preparedness program for NYC schools several months ago. We pasted that link below. The free vaccines are for children but anyone can call 311 for information.
