New Laws for Grounded Flight Passengers

New government rules require airlines to release passengers after a plane has been stuck on the tarmac for three hours. After two hours they must provide food, water and working lavatories. Violation of the three hour rule will result in a fine of $27,500 per passenger. The new rules go into effect in 120 days.
