Weight Watchers New ProPoint System

Weight Watchers announced their new ProPoint system in November. This method of managing calories discourages consumption of high-fat, low-fiber foods and takes the overall nutritional food values into account, with a focus on the balance of protein, carbs, fat and fiber.
