By the mid-seventies he left the acting circuit and became a successful businessman and real estate developer. In 1987 he opened the Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard with his son.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Fess Parker is a Fort Worth native. 		<content type="html">&lt;FONT size=3 face=Georgia&gt;A sixteen year old boy has been arrested for the comment that shocked shoppers in a New Jersey Walmart store&amp;nbsp;when "Attention Walmart customers: All black people, leave the store now" came over&amp;nbsp;the public-address system on Sunday night.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The teen was arrested on Friday and charged with harassment and bias intimidation. He was released to the custody of his parents. His name is withheld because he is a minor.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Walmart management immediately apologized for the comment. 		<content type="html">&lt;FONT size=3 face=Georgia&gt;The Metropolitan Transit Authority has released a revised proposal which reflects bus and subway lines that will be spared as a result of commuters' emotional responses at this month's&amp;nbsp;public hearings.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The M train got a reprieve. It will keep its normal route until it reaches Manhattan. At Essex Street it will take over the route of the V train which will be discontinued. Weekend service on the M22 is no longer on the chopping block; and weekend service on the Bx33 will be restored. 		<content type="html">&lt;FONT size=3 face=Georgia&gt;Nomvuyo Mzamane has charged Oprah Winfrey with defamation; because Winfrey said she had lost confidence in the former headmistress of her South African school for girls. The comment was made in relation to a 2007 sexual abuse scandal at the school.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Mzamane lived in Philadelphia when she was recruited for the school. She was subsequently fired although it was a dorm matron who was charged with the abuse. Mzamane said her reputation was ruined as a result of Oprah Winfrey's comment, which made it difficult for her to find employment in the United States. She has since been hired at another South African school according to the Associated Press.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;A federal judge has refused to dismiss Mzamane's claim against Miss O. The case is scheduled to be tried in a Philadelphia court beginning on March 29.The trial is expected to last for two weeks. 		<content type="html">&lt;FONT size=3 face=Georgia&gt;Rocker Alex Chilton died in a New Orleans hospital on Wednesday at the age of 59. The cause of death is believed to be a heart attack but that must be confirmed through autopsy results.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Chilton was only sixteen years old when he sang the vocals for the Box Tops hit &lt;EM&gt;The Letter &lt;/EM&gt;in 1967. He also recorded &lt;EM&gt;Cry Like a Baby &lt;/EM&gt;with the group. They broke up in 1970 and the following year Chilton became part of a new group called Big Star. They recorded several albums together before they broke up in 1975.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;By the nineties Big Star had achieved underground cult status and they reunited. They were scheduled to perform this weekend in Austin, Texas.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Alex Chilton is a Memphis native. They will only sell water, fat-free or low fat milk, and juice without added sugar in primary schools. Secondary schools will be limited to the same drinks but they will receive low-calorie soft drinks, as well.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The plan is an effort to help cut down on childhood obesity. It will be fully implemented in more than 200 countries by 2012.
